Cambodia Arrival Card
Complete Guide for Travelers

The Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) is mandatory for all travelers entering Cambodia. Learn how to register, fill it out, and submit it — for free — before your flight.

📋 How to Fill ✅ Requirements

What is the Cambodia Arrival Card?

The Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) is a mandatory digital form that all travelers entering Cambodia must complete before arrival. It replaced the old paper-based immigration form in 2024.

The form combines four declarations in one digital submission: an Immigration Form, Health Declaration, Custom Declaration, and — if applicable — an Electronic Visa on Arrival application.
